AZS Brick Composition

AZS refractory brick with 33~45% ZrO2 content, uses industrial alumina powder and well selected zircon sand as the raw materials, which is poured into mould after being melted in the electric melting furnace. within injection model after melting electric furnace cooling and form of white solid, the petrographic structure composed of zirconium corundum and inclined stone eutectoid and glass phase composition.

Manufacturing Process of AZS Brick for Glass Furnace

AZS brick prefers proportions of 1:1 zircon sand and industrial alumina powder, adds few volume of NaZO, B20 agent of fusion after mix perfectly through smelting and pouring into mould at high temperature of 1900~2000℃. resulting the AZS block contained 33% ZrO2 content. On the base, adopt part of desilicication zircon sand as the raw material to make the fused cast brick with 36%~41% ZrO2 content.

Application of AZS Brick for Furnace

AZS brick for furnace is mainly used as the high temperature refractory materials for resisting high temperature washing in glass industrial tank furnace, glass electrical furnace, slide of iron & steel industry, silicate of soda industry furnace. AZS fire brick also can be used in the metal smelting furnace and container for resisting slag erosion.
