Light Weight Silica Insulation Brick adopt finely divided silica ore as the raw material. the critical particle size is not more than 1mm, therein more than 90% particle size is less than 0.5mm. silicate insulation brick is made by adding flammable substance in the burdening or adopting gas bubble method to produce porous structure through firing, silicate insulation bricks also can be made to be unburned product.

Manufacturing Process of Light Weight Silica Insulation Brick
Light Weight Silica Insulation Brick puts raw materials and water into a kneading equipment according to a certain proportion and then kneaded into mud, shape the mud into bricks through molding by machine or manpower. then dry the bricks till the residual water content is lower than 0.5%, which prevent the volume expansion from the crystal transformation of SiO2 and fire the shaped bricks in the high temperature.
