zircon corundum block is manufactured with stable zircon sand and over 64% zircon content. zircon corundum fire block is poured into mould after being melted in the electric melting furnace. the lithofacies structure consists of the eutectoid and glass phases of corundum and zirconium plagioclase. zircon corundum refractory block petrographic structure is made of eutectoid and glass phase of corundum and zirconium clinopyroxene. zircon corundum blocks have features of high mechanical strength, good thermal shock resistance, high refractoriness under load, strong erosion resistance and high density.
Zirconia corundum brick prefers proportions of 1:1 zircon sand and industrial alumina powder and add few volume of NaZO, B20 agent of fusion after mix perfectly through smelting and pouring into mould at high temperature of 1900~2000℃ resulting the fused cast brick contained 33% ZrO2 content. On the base, adopt part of desilicication zircon sand as the raw material to make the fused cast brick with 36%~41% ZrO2 content.
AZS33 zirconia corundum brick dense microstructure makes the glass resistant to glass erosion performance is not easy to produce stones or other defects, and the possibility of generating small gas bubbles is very low.
In addition to the same eutectic as AZS-33 zirconia corundum firebrick, AZS-36 zirconia corundum brick due to the addition of more chain-like zirconia crystals, and the glass content decreased.
AZS-41 zirconia corundum fire brick contains more uniform distribution of zirconia crystals, in the zirconia corundum series, its erosion resistance is the best.
